Sugey Perez Sandals are made in Nicaragua for retail buyers in the United States. Shipments are prepared to move with the documents a US entry normally requires.

CAFTA-DR

When a shipment qualifies under the Dominican Republic–Central America–United States Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR), footwear can enter the US duty-free. Qualification depends on the rules of origin for that specific product and production run. We do not treat duty-free entry as automatic for every future style.

Documents we prepare

For export we handle the commercial invoice, packing list, and origin documentation that applies to the agreed freight method. Your broker or customs filer uses those papers to make entry.

What stays with the buyer

Importers remain responsible for classification, partner-government agency rules, labeling for resale, and any state requirements on the store floor. This page is a plain-language summary of how we export. It is not legal advice. Confirm the entry with your broker before you price a season.
